Extraordinary developments in both federal and state constitutional law occurred during the last year. Join the experts to take a look at the Second Amendment, the suspension of writs of habeas corpus at Guantanamo, how the Oregon Constitution prohibits the state from criminalizing some forms of road rage, and the latest in election law. This program features Professor Pamela S. Karlan, Stanford Law School, and Professor Vikram Amar, UC Davis School of Law.
