A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Disciplinary Hearing
Your presenter, Sean Carter
For nearly a decade after graduating from Harvard Law School, Sean Carter represented clients such as GNC, Experian, the Boston Beer Company, Safelite Auto Glass, Homeside Lending, and J. Crew. In 2002, Sean left the practice of law to pursue a career as the country’s foremost (and perhaps only) Humorist at Law. From 2003 to 2006, he wrote a weekly humor column for lawyers that appeared in the ABA e-Report, and his syndicated legal humor column has appeared in general circulation newspapers nationwide, including The Los Angeles Times. Sean is a frequent presenter for state and local bar associations, law firms, in-house corporate legal departments, and law schools. Each year he presents more than 100 humorous programs on such topics as constitutional law, legal ethics, professionalism, and diversity. As a legal commentator, Sean has appeared on television programs and is a frequent guest on talk radio shows across the country.
